What are immediate load implants?
An advanced dental implant technique que lets us replace missing teeth in a single visit. It is designed to place the implant (a small titanium screw that takes the place of the tooth root) and fit a provisional crown in the same procedure.
That means you leave our clinic with a complete, working smile the same day.
And because there is no temporary denture, our patients have less discomfort and recover faster.

How immediate load treatment works
Free first visit
Book your FREE first visit so we can assess your case individually. We look at it in detail to find the best implant solution for you.
Study and planning
We use a dental CT scan and the intraoral scanner for a thorough analysis of your mouth, so we can plan the implant placement precisely.
Placing the implant
In a sterile setting and under local anaesthetic, we place the titanium screw in your jaw bone, ready for your new teeth.
Fitting the provisional teeth (immediate loading)
Straight after placing the implant we fit a temporary prosthesis, so you have fixed teeth from the very first moment. You leave the clinic with your new smile.
Check-ups and adjustments
While the implant bonds with the bone we check regularly that it is integrating properly and that the prosthesis fits well.
Fitting the final teeth
Once the implant has fully bonded with the bone, we replace the temporary prosthesis with a permanent one, made to measure for the best appearance and function.
Aftercare and follow-up
We give you clear instructions for looking after your new smile and schedule check-ups to keep the implant healthy in the long run, since they can last more than 30 years.
