What types of orthodontics do we offer?

Invisalign

Spark

Children’s orthodontics
Interceptive orthodontics for children aged 4 to 12. Ideal before permanent teeth come in to help guide proper development.
Metal braces
Fixed metal braces that can be personalised with coloured elastics. Less aesthetic, but a more affordable option.
Aesthetic braces
Also known as clear braces. They have white wires and brackets made from porcelain, which blend in with the natural tooth colour.
Self-ligating braces
An advanced system that doesn’t require rubber bands. Instead, a small clip holds the wire in place, offering greater comfort and efficiency.
Lingual braces
Placed on the inner side of the teeth, making them completely invisible. They are ultra-thin and custom-made using 3D software.
Orthodontic treatment process
Free first visit
Your first consultation at our dental clinic in Alicante is free. We’ll assess your case and give you personalised advice based on your needs.
Initial assessment
This first step includes a full diagnostic study: clinical evaluation, X-rays, intraoral and extraoral photographs, and digital impressions. This is essential to determine the best treatment plan for your case.
Personalised treatment plan
We use advanced software like Invisalign ClinCheck and Spark Approver to show you a preview of your results before starting. You’ll be able to review and approve your plan, either in person or remotely.
Appliance placement
If you’re choosing Invisalign or Spark, we’ll take impressions or 3D scans and send them to the lab. In 7–10 days, your aligners will be ready and you’ll leave with everything needed to begin treatment at home. If you’re choosing fixed braces, you’ll need to stay 5 to 7 days in Alicante for the bonding and initial adjustments.
Active treatment phase
Aligners: We monitor your progress remotely every 6–8 weeks via email or video call.
Braces: Ideally, you’ll return to our clinic for adjustments. If not, we can coordinate with a local orthodontist near you for check-ups and adjustments.
Appliance removal
Once the treatment is complete, we schedule your final visit to remove braces (if applicable), perform a final cleaning and prepare for retainers.
Retainer placement
To maintain your results, we’ll fit fixed or removable retainers and provide guidance on their use. If you’re from outside Spain, we can ship replacement retainers if needed in the future.
